R-1 Premium Intake Filter (20x20) (40/box)

R-1 INTAKE PANELS: Our R-1 diffusion intake panel provides the highest 10 micron efficiency for crossdraft booth intake filtration, and also is recommended for use in certain models of downdraft paint booth ceiling filter applications. The R-1 diffusion panel provides an unmatched capture rate of 98 percent on 10 micron particles, and is heat sealed to a 9-gauge internal wire frame for easy installation. Unlike our Series 55 and Series 66 intake panels, the R-1 diffusion panel is dry to touch, with tackifier applied in between the two layers of 100 percent polyester material, with a protective scrim-back on the air leaving side. The R-1 diffusion panel can also withstand temperatures exceeding 150 degrees, making it a sensible solution in a downdraft booth that requires a self-supporting primary intake filter. This filter is 20 inches by 20 inches and about 1 inch in thickness containing 40 filters in this case.
